What is the difference between built-up area, super built-up area and carpet area?

Carpet Area is the area enclosed within the walls, actual area to lay the carpet. This area does not include the thickness of the inner walls. It is the used area of an apartment/office unit/showroom etc. Built-up Area is the carpet area plus the thickness of outer walls and the balcony. Super built-up area is the built-up area plus proportionate area of common areas such as the lobby, lifts shaft, stairs, etc. The plinth area along with a share of all common areas proportionately divided amongst all unit owners makes up the super built-up area. Sometimes it may also include the common areas such, swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, etc. This term is therefore only applicable in the case of multi-dwelling units.

What are the unit sizes available for warehouse?

We have a couple of smaller units, but most units start at 5,000 sq.ft.. We also have ready-to-move and built-to-suit options that ranges up to 2,00,000 sq.ft. (depending on location).

What is the minimum rent period?

The minimum rental period is 11 months.  After the original lease is completed, you can extend the lease agreement or keep the structure on a month-to-month basis as long as you need the building.  Rental rates will be increased after every 11 months for as long as you have the structure.

Are warehouse rental units the only storage option you have?

No, we have bulk storage as well, where we can store pallets or miscellaneous items which are being stored long term.  This area is charged per pallet or per sq. ft.

What is the most important information you need upfront?

We want basic information like:
